Frequently Asked Questions

We get asked lots of questions about our facilities and policies. Take a look at the most common questions below. If this doesn’t answer your question, please feel free to contact us.

A: We can supply everything! Food, bedding, toys, Kongs, and other treats are all included. If your pet has any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical needs, please bring their food in something resealable like a Ziploc or a Tupperware. We also require that any medications or supplements come in the original bottle.

A: Yes! We like to have your dog come visit us for a day of daycare before their first boarding stay so we can make sure they will do ok while you are gone. We ask that you do this Monday through Thursday and that you are reachable in case we have any concerns.

A: You can drop off and pick up any time for daycare. We like to have boarding pets dropped off any time between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM so that they have some time to settle before we leave. Your pet’s last day of boarding is free if they are picked up by 11:00 AM, or half price if they are picked up between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, or full price if they are picked up between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

A: Yes! Any medication just needs to come in the original bottle with the correct instructions. The only thing we can’t do is board diabetic pets or pets that are recovering from major surgeries. Additional charges may apply.

A: Of course, lunches are served in a private run and we do require about 45 minutes of rest before and after meals.

A: Reservations can be made as far out as needed. Major holidays will typically book up about 6 months in advanced, and weekends can book up to a month in advanced during the warmer months as well.

A: Yes, we do allow unaltered pets to stay with us. However, once they turn 7 months old, they do private play and pasture walks with the staff rather than the group play with the other dogs.

A: Reservations for daycare and boarding are required. Reservations for both can be booked online, over the phone, or with our app. We suggest you book as soon as you can because we do reach capacity. Daycare reservations can also be set up on a recurring schedule and can be made up to 60 days in advance!

A: Prior to coming in, you can register your pet here. The vaccinations we require are Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper for dogs and Rabies and Feline Distemper for Cats. Puppies should be fully vaccinated with all of their boosters completes, this usually happens around 16 weeks of age.

A: They come in all different shapes and sizes and each pet will be in an appropriately sized run for their size and energy level. Everyone is lodged where they are the most comfortable, a lot of this is figured out during their trial day. All accommodations are climate controlled with cushy bedding, heated floors, and piped in music.
